How Do I Secure and Lock My Shipping Container?
Standard container doors have clasps on the locking rods that are meant to hold ISO 17712 security seals to show a container door was not opened while in transit. Those clasps are not meant for security, because they expose the lock and it can easily be cut off. It will keep honest people out of your container, but if your container is in a higher-risk area you may want to add a lockbox to protect your lock and make it more difficult to cut off with bolt cutters.

Lockboxes and One Trip containers
